I went in to award fencing with a very vague explanation as to what I wanted. Sergio was amazing and was able to talk me through everything I needed in such a calm and friendly manner, without making me feel stupid for not knowing the right words to explain what I wanted. On contacting for a quote to repair and paint my fence was told ‘we don’t do painting and we aren’t doing any repairs at the moment’. Fair enough but the way it was delivered could have been better snd more helpful. I am on a corner with a huge timber fence and may have replaced it had the response been different.

I came to this company with a dilemma. No other fencing company could help me. Sergio went out of his way to come up with ideas which fixed my problem, and even went to the trouble to make a model to show me what it would look like! And when I fiddled around and changed my mind with colours, he was only ever supportive and helpful. Love these guys!!

Just had some aluminium fencing and gates and wood fencing completed by Award. Very pleased with the result. They listened to my requirements and provided the suggestions and solution. There were some space restrictions preventing post hole digger access but they worked around that to provide us a quality fence. Other suppliers wouldn’t even quote… when they saw they wouldn’t be able to get the digger in. Left the site free of any excavations or other materials

I cannot express my disappointment. The whole purpose of getting the fence installed was to keep my Jack Russell in. When quoted I was told the rungs were 9 cm wide. In the showroom the sample had 10cm wide rungs. I ensured my dog couldn't get through 10cm. The fence which was installed had12 cm rungs and my dog can slip through.
Every staff member i spoke to were told the reason for the fence was to KEEP MY DOG IN.. Not one of them had the audacity to inform me the frames which were ordered were 12cm wide. Then once 90% of the fence had already been installed I received a phone call telling me

Award fencing did a great job with our fence however I specifically asked for access to our letterbox and was told no worries. Came home and they had fenced straight across it, blocking it off. I sent an email informing award of this and I was told they would come back and fix it for me. 2 weeks later I still had heard nothing so I called and then was told that it was impossible for them to move the letterbox and to go to bunnings and buy one for $80. My husband and his father then actually moved the letterbox themselves and amended the fence so we had access. We paid top dollar for this fence
