Bought an agm battery and box as an online order to be delivered. I emailed them the next day asking if the order could be paused so I could upgrade the battery, but did not receive a reply. Called the two days later to find thet had dispatched the order the morning I called. The lady was not helpful at all and quite dismissive. Not sure why the email wasn't checked prior to it being sent out, or why I wasn't given any options to send it back or anything.

I purchased a 120ah lithium battery with prismatic cells a few months back. when i put the deposit on the battery the sales rep initially said i would have the battery in 2 weeks, which was not the case. Took around 6 weeks to get the battery.
I installed the battery into my camper trailer used it for a weekend trip away didnt have any problems with it. tested this 120ah battery, turns out its actually 104ah. false advertising
A month or so after that i was preparing to take the trailer camping again, i thought ill remove the battery from the trailer and charge it up on 240v before we go.

Purchased 2 x 140 amphr batteries, seamless ordering and flawless delivery.
Delivery was interstate, l was told to expect in around 6 days, they arrived in 3 days.

I can't believe, when one is trying to do business with an Australian company instead of an overseas company , that the service received is of the poorest standard. I ordered a lithium battery - delivery was delayed several times over two months. Promise after promise. Had to eventually cancel order, get refunded, and purchase elsewhere. Lift your game or Australians will deal with more professional o/s companies.

I guess Aussie Batteries have a good product, I never got to see my product. I had order the 175AH Lithium Power station with 1200w inverter. I had ordered it 2 weeks out before the July School holidays 2021 for $1300. I was told if I paid by certain date it would be ready by a certain date. As time when by, I had enquired what is going on, they could not get enough parts or supply in. Anyway they made my order a special order, because school holidays were fast approaching. It had my name on the Power station ready to be delivered to me. Someone had came in off the street and the floor supervisor

Absolutely thrilled with the batteries purchased and the exceptionally fast and no fuss service and delivery. The batteries were installed a couple of months ago and continue to charge well coupled with an 8 panel solar system on a tree shrouded bush cabin in the middle of a wet, very overcast winter. I highly recommend this product and company for super efficient service.

Very pleased with the customer support. Had some issues with the first courier which was not the supplier fault as they shipped it out asap . Aussie batteries were extremely helpful and felt they value their customers. The replacement battery arrive within the week and new courier very polite and offered to use their trolley to transport it to my unit. Thankyou for the service
