I had a very positive experience with this company.
I live in a rural area where it can sometimes be difficult to get a tradesman to come out here, and when they do, their call out charges can be expensive.
I rang Jimboomba glass, their call out charges were comparable, possibly slightly cheaper than others.
The receptionist, Joann was very helpful, and suggested that I could bring the window in to the shop (it was a slider window that could be removed) which would be cheaper for me as there would (then) be no call out fee. So I brought the broken window in ( most of broken glass removed) and

If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT use this company ever. For starters the quality of their work was that of a toddler because the silicone sealing was clumpier than cottage cheese. They were never on time if they even bothered to show up, they are very rude, disgusting customer service and extremely inexperienced. I will never recommend or use their service ever again.

Called for a quote to replace a standard size window i.e. 1.2 x 900. They wanted $252 on a week day. If weekend appt add another $200. I called another company in Beaudesert and they did the job, extremely professionally and it cost $150 with invoice. Jimboomba glass is such a rip off. Call around you will do sooooo much better
