If I could give negative stars I would. Never have I ever experienced such treatment by a company before. My building situation has been slightly complicated. I have taken over as owner builder and have sought some assistance from Masterglass who we used.
Our requests where not unreasonable:
Please provide warranty details
Please assist with replacement keys and remotes
Please service the windows that don't work properly.
We have been ignored, shut down, argued with, not had calls return, quoted ridiculous prices. Absolute disgrace.
