Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I am a general contractor trying to give this company business but I can't get them to answer the phone or reply. I have spoken with John R. and Hillary several times only to be bounced around to the point that no one will reply. Simple order, simple requests. They could really work on their customer service and responsiveness.

Called four weeks ago on a Friday to get an estimate for repairs and called back the next two Fridays because no one had contacted us. Still no call back four weeks later even though they installed the roof 8 years ago. When we had them scheduled to install the roof they did not keep us informed that they were behind more than a month. Very poor customer service

Matt and his crew(Don, Joe, and Mayfield) They were skillful, professional, personable, and respectful. Matt would always update me on their progress at the end of each day. They took extra care to clean up every night. I would recommend anyone to Goodhew and Matt/crew. My 16 year old brick home looks like a new home. THANKS, GUYS!
