Disgusting service, within 1 day of having items delivered noticed major defects, if these issues were evident would have not purchase this furniture, contacted them and simply told them I wanted a refund on just the lamp table, as this was the item that was the worst, happy to keep the Dining table, Buffet, Coffee table and Entertainment unit, over $5000 of products and money spent with a company who doesn’t care about the customer, the issue was a crack in the table, they told me they would repair, I said I wasn’t happy with repair as it will likely fail again, they were happy to go against

Purchase Sofa and told its available after 4 weeks. 6 weeks past no one ever called or alteast send sms to inform us about the delay. I decided to call to ask any updates just to be treated rudely and totally cold attitude telling me my order is delay and need to wait another 4-5 weeks and cut the phone. No greetings or apologise whatsoever. Never again.The staff in the store also not in much grace but i dont mind it that time since i already decided what im after before going to store.Get my deposit and thats all. No customer service knowledge.

Customer Service excellent. We returned there yesterday afternoon to make our second purchase of a larger lounge suite with 3 recliners and a console in the same colour and Model as the one we took delivery of in March this year. Staff member Des in the shop greeted us very warmly and friendly and asked if we needed any help. We asked to see the various leather wrap around suites with a console and found out we could arrange the chairs how we would like either left or right side. We gave a deposit and expect delivery in 10 to 12 weeks.
