Premier Constructed was formerly known as both Premier Constructed (Stonework, Landscape Design and Landscape Construction) and Premier Concrete Perth (Decorative Concrete). Premier constructed have just completed our $200,000 outdoor stone and pool capping renovation in Dalkeith.
The knowledge and attention to detail of Tom and his team is without doubt some of the best workmanship I have ever encountered.
The planning and delivery of an extremely complicated job was faultless.
I have no hesitation in recommending Premier Constructed and would definitely use them again.

Tom has made our pool area come to life!
Choosing a natural stone for the paving around our pool area was a big choice for my wife and I, we wanted our investment to be a show case for our backyard.
Tom was the best person for this job!
When we had fallen in love with the Garonne Natural stone, we did not realise it needed such specialised treatment to ensure its longevity.
Tom explained the correct process for this stone to be laid and last a life time.
Tom had a concrete base poured to the exact area the stone was to be laid which will ensure a solid fix for the stone to be fixed to. The

From the first time I met Tom when I was walking past another job he was working on and explained I just wanted to get some fencing sorted, to meeting him on site at our place I have been extremely happy and filled with confidence. Tom and everyone at Premier Constructed have the ability to start and finish our landscaping project and have delivered us something that we have been wanting for such a long time but lacked the vision, expertise and time to fully implement it. Tom was fantastic to work with, taking on board all of our design ideas and making our backyard something functional but beautiful. We were so impressed with his original design that we made very few adjustments and have basically rolled with the first design iteration. Tom was also very courteous, always giving us the heads up when his tradespeople were due to turn up, knowing how hard it is to do anything with small children and a small business! Even when we had a mishap with our perfect new concrete (thanks to our dogs!)Tom was cool and calm and made a huge effort to get it back to spotless

A huge thank you to Premier Constructed for rescuing us from a shoddy job done by another landscaping company. The advice and patience provided by Tom has been amazing. Every step of the process was clearly explained and all costs were fully disclosed before the contract was started. We were looking for someone to fix our narrow front steps and arranged to get a number of quotes. Thomas was fantastic to deal with, he is professional, arrived on time and answered all of our many questions.
