Terrible communication, doesn’t answer any follow up calls, doesn’t write back to txt messages, completely ignores the client after the first conversation if the job doesn’t suit them rather then just tell you.
Floorworx couldn’t even give us the common curtesy of a yes or no answer in regards whether or not he could even inspect the job let alone carry out the works on the flooring ..
This went on for roughly 3 weeks, in the end we just gave up and engaged another flooring company, very disappointing customer service to say the least
