We had a fantastic experience with Pittwater Eco Floor Sanding from start to finish.
Having built a house I have experienced my fair share of unprofessional and unreliable tradesmen - I can honestly say Lucio and his team were excellent. They were not only professional, reliable, punctual and did an absolutely fantastic job of restoring and re-staining our floors, but were a pleasure to have in our home.
We were nervous about making such a drastic change to our floor colour (blond to black) so one of Lucio's team came out twice to apply various sample colours on our boards and both times nothing

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lucio and his team. He was very responsive and helpful, and the outcome was better than we could have hoped for. The guys who did the work were fantastic too. We truly could not have asked for a better experience. Lucio also recommended a painter for us, and he was brilliant as well.

From beginning to end, this was a very pleasing experience. After inspecting the floors and advising how to proceed, the quote was promptly submitted.
The floors were repaired as per schedule as was the sanding and then the polishing. The furniture removalists arrived on time and worked efficiently and carefully. They returned on-time to return the furniture and every piece of furniture had new felt put on it.
Each and every one involved in this job was efficient, professional, helpful and cheerful.

Lucio and his team did an amazing job restoring all the old tallowwood floors in my 1930s house, including a section that had been under two layers of tiles for 50 years! They were very professional, polite, tidy and took a lot of pride in their work. The results were excellent - see the pics.

I’ve worked on many building sites and seen some fantastic floor sanders ply their trade, Lucio ranks right up the top of this pile. My place offered up a challenge. Old Tallow wood, splintered and with evidence of white ant attack in the odd place here and there, I’ve seen floor sanders grumble for days about similar floors, Lucio just took it onboard as the challenge it was and came up with a brilliant result. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Lucio and his team saved us, our pics are on his page, ours is the diy manly job (old pine boards we wanted sanded and stained black). We could not be happier with: A) the workmanship - top top top shelf, the sanding was so even and smooth even with our uneven floor, B) his communiction, I was annoying and texting him way later than should be… acceptable but he was curtious and professional.
These guys know what they are doing and their price spot on. Quality quality work that I would happily recommend.
