Our company owns and occupies a 100 year old converted warehouse office block. We purchased the building approx 2 years ago and refurbished the interior to create a beautiful space with charm and character. The exterior of the building had seemingly not been attended to for many years with weeds and small plants having seeded in cracks and crevices over time. We sought specialist restorative painters as a number of regular painters advised they could not undertake the task due to the challenges posed by the age and state of the exterior paintwork / plaster.
