Sales representative inspected the property for a potential job, called me after a couple of days and provided a verbal quote. I requested a written quote, never received one! Checked the spam folder, nothing there! Called again for the quote in writing but the person was asking a lot of questions like how much is the property cost, what is my highest budget ceiling, if I want to do this job with local tradies for cheaper cost etc.!

My roof was a big and complex job. The old terracotta tiles were removed and replaced with colorbond and the house has a complete new lease of life. The SA Quality Home iImprovements team were at all times great to deal with. Any trouble shooting expertly done. Tick, tick! The job invoice came in and matched the quote. Very friendly and professional team.

Great company that does a perfect job every time, I had a veranda and carport built on my property a few years ago and when the time came to get my roof replaced from tiles to colourbond steel roofing and replace gutters, l had no hesitation in giving them a call for a quote. A few months later due to weather delays and Covid lockdown the job is finished and it looks amazing, installers did a top job. Hats of to Jim and his boys. Would highly recommend the services of SA Quality Home Improvements from the very start of the initial consultation through to the finished product their service and workmanship was extremely professional and they were always punctual with communication and updates throughout the project.
We are extremely happy the our veranda, the materials that were provided and the installation time frame. Connie from Administration was very helpful and always in contact throughout the project and the installation team (Walter and Jason) were very efficient and there workmanship was excellent.

We were having a tiled roof repaired repainted we phone SA Quality Home Improvement as the house was located in Port Pirie we even saw Stuart in person , Stuart was prompted with a quote when you called you always spoke to some one straight away so communication was excellent he organised the deposit for the work to be done and he helped selecting colours to repaint. We inspected the work which had been done and we are pleased with the work done the roof looks like new.
