I would of gave them a zero star rating if I could but the lowest review I could give was one star Very un professional driver I haven’t used them for business put after having one of their truck drivers tailgate me leaving less than 2 metres gap between me and him and then to overtake me try and squeeze me off the road in Geraldton. I will never use this company nor will I suggest any of my family or friends to use them

A company I bought furniture from in Perth used this company to have it delivered to my home in Albany. It took 2 attempts as the first time it arrived it had been badly damaged in transit and my husband refused the delivery and sent it back to supplier, who had to wait 2 weeks for it's return and then the insurance money to have it fixed. The second time it was not damaged but the customer service was atrocious and unprofessional, as it was the first time. They even had the audacity to want full payment before the second delivery was made which I refused due to the previous experience and paid

Moving from Perth to Kalgoorlie has been one of the most stressful things with our 2 kids my wife and 2 month old baby girl. Finding a removalist we can trust was hard. Roger and his team from South West Removals held it down from entering the house. Motivated with a plan to get the job done efficiently and in a safe manner. On unloading in Kalgoorlie I was unable to be there and they put the kids beds together to make life easier. The little things are what really counts.
Highly would choose these boys for future jobs and refer them to anyone I know

From the start, South West Removals & Storage were a dream to deal with. We've moved house a few times but never outside of Perth and we were quite daunted by the prospect!.
We talked to South West Removals' office manager James who organised everything. He came to Perth and met with us to quote for the job. He was professional and friendly with all his communications.
The removalist Roger and his team were brilliant. They just knew what they were doing and showed a lot of care with our prized possessions.
I would use South West Removals again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a move

What can I say about these guys . I'm working up in Roy Hill my pregnant partner was at home arranging our move up here & with everything else had time to find these guys ... Thankfully.. They not only got our stuff up here as promised. The guys helped out Renee greatly even got up on our roof & switched our aerial over & other little things .. Just made me so glad we used them .. Nothing was too much effort. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.. Great work guys

These Guys moved us from Perth to Newman. Other bigger moving companies did not get back to me and if they did they were a fair bit more expensive. James had my quote back within half an hour and as stated was a lot cheaper. Kelvin arrived on time and done a great job packing and un packing. I would be recommending these guys to everyone and will definitely be using them when we choose to come back. Thanks guys it was a pleasure dealing with you.

Worst removalist company ever!
Sue Knapton is an absolute nasty piece of work and very very unprofessional in her approach when dealing with a complaint!
I was promised a delivery date by her contractors to deliver my goods from Bunbury to Perth scheduled for a Friday/sat. Sue promised this would happen and gladly Charged me $230 for the delivery, providing no tax invoice.
The delivery driver did not turn up till after the weekend - mon to be precise!
Sue informed that I would be contacted by the contractor on the fri/sat morning... I Was never contacted! no other details were forwarded on
