Lisa (staff) was very professional through the whole process. Sonny, who did the job in the property, explained the whole process clearly and informed me about the steps taken.

Very disorganised, unprofessional company. I booked in a spray... they requested to change my booking the day beforehand to a time which I had made clear when booking was not possible. I should add here that the office lady called my mobile several times in a row (within minutes of each other - if I don’t answer I’m clearly working and will call back when a message is left). She never left any messages. When I called back and said don’t bother coming now for stuffing me around I’ll use another company, they suddenly were available at the same time again.
