At EKOARCHITECTURE Design & Build our aim is to create modern, sustainable and cost effective solutions to residential home extensions, loft conversions and house renovations. Our company offers unique creative design skills, an experienced team of builders, and knowledge of London and UK planning law and building regulations combined with a very strong background in construction and project management.

We are passionate about outstanding architecture and interior design and fully committed to successful Project Management. Our London based team of talented architectural designers and project managers offers a direct approach to both design and build for home renovation and extensions, and full architectural plans for loft conversions, with a variety of fixed fee design bundles.

Our work is divided in a two stage process, the first being Design drawing up the architectural plans, and the second is Build. Clients have the flexibility to utilise our expertise in each stage separately or both stages once happy with the cost options.
