Adam, Tony and Jake were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. They arrived on time and were very obliging. Not only did they have to contend with our steep driveway, but heavy rain and taking things to a rental place and the rest to storage, but they went back to our old place to pick up a whole lot of plants and a bbq. Totally above and beyond what was expected and they never once complained. We are so very happy with the service and would absolutely use Platinum again. I would highly recommend them as they made moving a lot less stressful. Thank you so very much we really appreciate
