Craftsman Fencing were the first small business in Joondalup to offer a range of tubular steel & aluminium to the local community. The owner recognised the need for people to shop local for their products rather than having to travel afar. His goal was to establish a fencing and gate business offering a superior service and product to what was already available in the industry elsewhere.

Excellent service with outstanding results.....we got exactly what we paid for and more! From our first enquiry to the finished product, all our questions were answered, phone calls and emails queries returned, friendly staffs and any arising issues before or after all promptly fixed. Hayden was great to deal with, kept us updated every step of the way, always has a positive, calm and very professional attitude.

Since the business changed hands in about 2017/18 I have not experienced the same service or the reasonable quotes we had in 2015 so I have not purchased from this business recently.
In 2015 it was Wayne who went above and beyond installing all the items I ordered from Craftsmen Fencing. He was kind, helpful and tidied up after himself. Good old fashioned service.
THANK YOU. MUCH APPRECIATED. This local family business did not fail me. They were not the cheapest but they were so lovely on the phone and explained in person why each cost was necessary then did such a good job so I remain happy

Craftsmen Fencing installed some fencing and a side gate which we are very happy with, communication during production and installation was also very good.
The installer Bruce did an excellent job, he paid great attention to detail and had a very pleasant manner.
We wish all companies we have dealt with were as efficient.
We would definitely use Craftsmen Fencing for future projects.

Really happy with the custom gate we had designed, manufactured and installed by Craftsman Fencing. Dan worked with us right from the start to understand what we were wanting to achieve through to selecting the most appropriate colour and design to match what we already had in our backyard. We are very happy with the quality of our gate and the installers were professional, on-time and fast. Good customer service, great experience, will be recommending. Thank you to the Craftsman Team!

Not very happy with this company paid a small fortune for a six slat front garden fence it started to discolour and fade in some areas so I contacted them about it they would not come to my home to view the… fence they told me to take pictures of it I did this they said they sent the pictures of to the supplier of the fence and the supplier said we must have cleaned it with chemicals all this was concluded without one single person having a look at the fence I told them we had never used any chemicals to clean the fence nothing has been resolved they don't care I would advise everyone to
