Walk in to no greeting 3 blokes behind the counter listening to the cricket, was the only customer in shop and not approached by any staff I went to the counter to ask about a tv unit 200$ more than 3 shops down at portellis but they didint have stock.
Don't bother going there waste of time these guys are content with selling a table and chairs between them for the day

I wish if there was a no star review, worst possible staff ever. Waited to be served for about 15 minutes while the staff members are standing around twiddling thumbs. We looked at them and smiled hoping to be served but to no avail. Will never go there again and will advise others not to bother either unless you are willing to serve yourself

Furniture Galore in Epping have always been great to deal with. We originally brought the Torino furniture for our house back in March and loved every piece. Now we have also brought the Capri Lounge and are in love! It's exactly what we wanted. Peter was super helpful and very accommodating. Will definitely return for anything we need in the future. Seriously how do you people make money.... I go in the store with intent to buy, I was actually going to purchase online and thankgod I went in person and saw what I did before giving them my money... Well I go in the store and sales girl standing there with her arms folded like she's board.. well here's a tip go up to customers greet them, smile, ask if they need help with something.. you may make sales. Customer service doesn't exsist. That's just rude seriously. Thank god I saw the reviews and only wasted a few moments.....if there was a no star review it would have been spot on.

I called up Tony from Furniture Galore Epping as I had called other stores and was unable to get help.
I live an hour away and Epping definitely is not my closest store. During a pandemic and not wanting to drive around to “bed shop” Tony was fantastic and helped so much over the phone. I had my bed delivered within 3 days with my mattress, the delivery guys were amazing, masked and stuck to regulations whilst coming into my house. My bed is absolutely gorgeous and built so solid. I highly recommend Tony and his store from start to finish. Thanks again for making it just so easy! Stay safe

Will never go back to Epping store again bad experience I was called a liar when I told the staff family bought us furniture even though it wasn’t my choice of furniture. I left the store upset and crying lost my $650 deposit, I cut my losses and called another store in sunshine Tamara was amazing very helpful I ended up buying two beds $1,188 that day and delivered the next day. Will be going to sunshine to purchase more from her.

Used furniture refurbished overseas and sold to us as new. Very bad quality. Good service at first when purchasing, once paid all hell broke loose. They turn in to different people. First the delivery guys wants us to lift and carry the furniture inside. i don't know if they are paid proper wage or not. They wont stay until we open the packaging to see if every thing is good. We opened later and found both the furniture sets have damage. One is completely torn under. We called the store first, they said we have to email the head office to get it fixed. They can't help us. Once sold they should

We came today and purchased a $800 sofa bed. It was delivered later in the day around 1.30pm. The delivery drivers didn’t bother to unwrap it just put it down and left. When we unwrapped it we found that the bracket had come away from the couch on one side. I had no tools to fix it myself so we called the store. I spoke to the girl who works there(didn’t get her name)and explained what has happened. I asked if the driver could come back as he had only left 5 minutes before. She said she would call me back. She called back about ten minutes later and told me the driver had finished for the day
