Maxcon

Dodgy builders - we had a number of defects which with our Apartment block they built in Prahran. Refused to meet with us for a resolution and said for us to go through legal knowing this would be a costly resolution to resolve. WOULD NOT BUY AN APPARTMENT THEY BUILT. Maxcon requested I take down this post saying they would assist in some of their defect however I said I would only do this if the acted which they never did. Another empty promise. Further to this the membranes they laid have not met industry standard and further leaking has occurred.

Having dealt with Maxcon as a sub contractor for many years, the quality of their work is fantastic. The projects in Queensland managed by Sean Chapman were run professionally and were delivered on time and to a high standard.
I would have no problem investing in a property developed or built by Maxcon.

As an avid investor, I have encountered and purchased many a property from various large building firms and none have produced such great quality and attention to detail as Maxcon Construction have.
When we settled on our investment apartment at St Paul's Tce in Fortitude Valley Brisbane, there were a few minor defects, which in my experience, are to be expected when buying into an apartment building or any build for that matter. What counts is how the Builder and his crew goes about rectifying these issues for you.

George was excellent to work with, he provided a high quality of work as well as providing excellent communication. Working with Maxcon was a pleasure and I highly recommend.

The best employers I ever had, worked with them for at least a dozen years!! Very professional and warm and friendly, have a great ethos when it comes to building anything! Quality assurance...and friendly attitude. You want someone to build it, build it with Maxcon you won't be disappointed.

Maxcon built my apartment building and refused to fix several significant defects. They also used flammable cladding which i now have to pay to have replaced. They are an unethical building company.
