I contacted them about a safe I wanted open. I was told by Bruce that he needed to do some research on it first. I reached out three weeks later, he said he put it on the back burner and never got back to it. Told him no worries. Reached out almost three weeks later only to be ghosted.

Just bought a new pickup truck and locked the only set of keys inside truck. It was cold outside that morning and when I called victory locksmithing to get my truck door open and if it was possible to get their assistance for this issue, he told me that he could make entry to vehicle door to retrieve my keys and would head right to my location 30 minutes later the gentleman had my truck opened up, was very friendly and professional with me.
