They gave me the wrong matress the wented to charge me $400 more to get the same one i really purchased after i spent 5000.00 there

We purchased a bed from VIP furniture. After a period of time there was a manufacturing issue under the base of the bed that VIP are saying it’s through abuse. How this is possible is beyond me. Despite being under warranty VIP are refusing to replace. Fake advertising and poor customer service. The barcode was removed from the base of the bed which is another reason why they are refusing to replace. Won’t ever shop from them again

They are fraudulent, they take your money ,deliver a wrong furniture.i had a very bad experience with them. Do not buy your furniture from them.

I was shopping for 3 Sofas and I stop by this place called VIP furniture so I went in and talk to this nice lady and so I was looking at this 3 sofas it was $1800 so after negotiating she finally finally came down $1550 and I told him I will come in tomorrow and pay for it and I have money on me can I stop by the next day going to pay for it and the owner came up to me and told me it’s $2100 now and I told my friend I was here yesterday and we agree on it and I was sudden change his mind bad place to stay away from this place????????😡😡

I ordered my bedroom frame and mattress & box spring on 03/15/2020. I only received my mattress and box spring NO FRAME!!! Every time I call or stop at the store, they tell me another two weeks. It’s to the point I have to go to court to get my money back....DO NOT get ANYTHING from them.

I moved into my new house from interstate, and Emma Mattress (bed in a box) completely botched my order.
I called VIP on a Friday morning, spoke to Simon, who was a delight, bought a mattress over the phone according to my specifications, and they organised delivery to Trinity Beach that afternoon.
The customer service was second-to-none, and after my first night, the mattress is perfect.
They are one of the few places that actually keep stock on hand too.

I purchased 3 bedroom sets at this store, and I am really happy with my purchase. I shopped around before making my purchase and decided to do business with VIP Furniture because they offered me the best deal! We negotiated and I was satisfied with the price I paid for all 3 sets. I had to wait a few weeks for delivery but that was understood because they had to order the bedroom sets. But as soon as they received them, they delivered and had them setup. So I would recommend this store and I will definitely go back for future purchases.

Still waiting for delivery of recliner from 3wks ago. Could be inclimate weather? No answer at store location. Also, the receipt claims no cash or credit refunds, however, I am not sure that can be legally enforced in Pa? I did not sign receipt agreeing to these terms.

My husband and I went in on a Sunday and ordered a living room set sofa and love seat with coffee table. The sales guy was nice and gave us a $50 discount on the coffee table and an area. Cool and my furniture was scheduled for delivery by that coming Friday. We left and went back before the closed and purchased a dining room table with 6 chairs. Spending a total of about 2100. No problem right.... Wrong the problem came when my sofa was delivered it had a rip in it. I called the store that Thursday night they told me they would switch it out. The next day I called back to confirm and was told

Very pleased with my Ashley sofa and at a good price. VIP did me better than Bobs furniture. I will not shop at bobs again. I saved $400. Purchasing a sofa from vip. Bobs charged med over 900. And took weeks to delivered when it finally came the order was wrong. My sofa at VIP took only 1 week.

Product was fine. But they misinformed me on the delivery and I got charged twice the fee (weekend fee). Rip off merchants!
