I had started my in-ground concrete pool project with the pool maker that was voted 'Australia's best pool builder'. This project developed into a nightmare and was a very bad experience. It had to be stopped with this previous pool builder. I was stuck with a hole in the ground and no one to finish off my pool project. After looking around and dealing with several pool builders, I chose Mr Pools. This was down to a few things, their professionalism, honesty and their willingness to help regardless of taking on a half started project. It was this positive attitude to help me that I chose Mr Pools

We had contracted Mr Pools to complete a pool fit out for a residential project or ours in Leppington including interior works, coping tile install and equipment set up and plumbing. Anthony and the team are very professional and concise with the way they carry out their works and make sure they communicate with the builder and client in order to achieve a finish product in which all parties are happy with. Clients are extremely happy with their new pool, meeting their expectations with a flawless interior finish. Highly recommend Anthony and the team for all pool related works.

Anthony (and his team) completed a renovation on our installed pool in Dec 19; this included a re-surface of our pool and the relocation / installation of a new automated pool filtration system. Anthony was professional & efficient during the installation, and even more importantly, responsive to a few technical issues we had in the first 2-3 months after installation. I thoroughly recommend his team for any pool / spa works you maybe looking at doing.

We Googled a bunch of local pool companies and talked to some folks in the Western Sydney area who had previously put pools in. We called Mr Pool and started talking with Anthony, we met with several different pool companies, Anthony & Team (Mr Pool) being one of them, and they were the most professional and seemed to have the best handle on the process.
Anthony was wonderful. He was always available. If he couldn't answer when I called, he would call me back within the hour. We didn't know much about pool construction, and he explained the entire process from start to finish. He was always there

The Team at Mr Pools completed a renovation to our existing Concrete Pool in time for Summer.
Anthony and his team were very efficient in all stages of the renovation and worked in with our site constraints and expectations respectfully and with great communication throughout.
The finish on the new fiberglass lining to the pool was flawless and met all our expectations.

I undertook the task of having a large concrete in ground pool demolished and in filled for our aunt. After asking the local council their advice, the path taken was via a CDC [Compliance Development Certificate].This was in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, where parking is at best scarce and can be difficult . For the excavator to access the work site it would have to be navigated through a garage into a work shop and through a doorway which was narrow with 10 mm leeway and up ramps due to the presence of steps by Holly! The site has a natural spring entering the property on the diagonal running
