Professional and speedy service. Brett was lovely and super helpful on a Saturday afternoon after locking myself out of the house. I would absolutely recommend and use again. I work in the community supporting patients and people with varying abilities. One of my clients became locked in their house with no way of getting the keys or assistance for the client. Brett responded to us promptly and conducted himself with respect and understanding for the situation and allowed safe and immediate access to our client without us having to break down the door leaving the client in an unsecured residence. He definitely saved the day. Highly recommended.

Huge shout out to Brett from MacArthur locksmiths who took time out on leave whilst the business was closed to FaceTime me and walk me thru starting my car which needs a new ignition barrel. Without Brett’s help I would be stuck without a car for work this week.
Brett went above and beyond after I asked for help on a local community notice board to help a stranger and it is very greatly appreciated. I will be taking my car to MacArthur Locksmiths when they return from holidays to have it all fixed.

The young man working there is very nice and friendly, but there is an old man there who is very rude and unprofessional. Once day I just touched the main door handle and the old man screamed "just wait outside". He could have said it without being rude too.
And then when I waited outside, and when he came outside, he didn't even say hello or anything.
Very unprofessional old man there. But the young man working there was good and friendly, to be honest.

The best in the business by far. As a Property Manager, they have always been responsive for any job, prompt and efficient. Most recently one of the techs Adam, attended a job for us and was on time, completed the tasks which went well over business hours and even helped me lock up. The property was keyed alike with 2 keys and secured. Always communicated what he was doing and asked if it was what I wanted.
Not the first time I have dealt with Macarthur Locksmith and definitely highly recommend them and their team. Great job guys every time. Thank you.
