Dan was easy to work with, professional and flexible in finding solutions to the many problems created by the floor in our old building. As each new problem was uncovered, Dan was quick to communicate the issues faced and provide solutions to the problems. There was some unforeseen expenses that could not be predicted at the start of the job, that Dan quoted extremely low prices on rectifying mid job, covering the costs as much as he could.
