Installed my air conditioner in October 2019 and went to use it again in November 2020 and would not get cold.When eventually contacted was told would be 3 weeks before it could be looked at.Got a reputable air con technician to look at it 2 days later only to tell me gas had leaked out.Contacted frog again and asked if they would come and fix problem as it was due to bad workmanship and again told i would have to wait 3 weeks.had it fixed by experienced air con installer ,which cost be $200.Not bloody happy at all would not recommend them to anyone.obviously doesnt care about his workmanship!

Extremely happy with the installation of a new ducted air-conditioning system, Chris and Ryan are professional, friendly, punctual and accommodating.
