Very professional from site measure by Lachlan and installation by Ari and Alex, there was a slight problem that was sorted out by them and after installation I was very happy, however Ari wasn't and came back the next business day and put some extra cover on a small gap that was hardly noticeable, so it goes to show that he has pride in his work and I am very grateful for that.

Can not fault these guys at all. The process from start to installation was great. Mark gave me a rough price when I was in the shop and came out to measure and bring out samples. They were ordered and installed within 4 weeks. Ended up needing an extra blind to match which they were able to do in just a few days.
The office ladies are lovely and the installation guys we kind and super efficient!
Best of all tbe blinds look great and do the job brilliant.

Our Ziptrak blinds have been given the test recently with the wild weather. As a café owner protection from the elements is a key for business as well as safety for our staff and clients. The locking mechanisms on the Ziptrak blinds allowed us to fully lock them down giving a secure hold and great protection. Four years ago, we had indoor roller blinds and pelmets installed. The initial quote, advice and service was excellent. Looked great. We’ve now gone back to Crystal Image Blinds as we have just completed a new outdoor/ alfresco deck area. They installed Ziptak outdoor blinds – no fuss, no messing around, did what they say they would and on time plus a great price.
