Amazing service by Dave. Our 12 year old roller blind just kept on rolling down instead of staying in place. I pull the end piece out and and there was the brand name! Searched on Google and Dave popped. Sent photographs of the part by email to Dave at about 7pm and he responded early the next morning. One more query to which he responded almost immediately, and I followed his hyperlink to the exact item in the catalogue. Purchased online and the part was with me about 2 working days later. Blind is now working beautifully. Amazing service, speed, friendliness and communication!

Made two visits. 1st time gave us wrong size part after arguing that it was the correct size. Had to return again when it was proven to be the wrong size. Upon 2nd visit the customer service went from bad to worse. See lots of good reviews here, but clearly Dave doesn't want to work here. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. Not sure why he was so agitated. We were ultra polite & thought he was just having a bad day the first time. 2nd visit his mood had worsened. Plenty of other blind places to go to.
