Bought two outside lights on the 7/1/21 and they were swiftly delivered on the 10/1/21 upon opening them both of the light bodies were scratched. Sent an email with photos advising them of the damage to which they advised to send back. Which I did the next day. As of today 20/1/21 they haven’t acknowledged receipt of the items back or even advised they are sending new ones out, and its nearly two weeks since they have received. If they think this is good customer service! Please be aware a lot of you have had good experiences, but if you need to return an item it’s more hassle than it’s worth

I bought a set of their solar fairy lights for about twenty quid, After a couple of weeks four of the lights stopped working and I was in touch to see about a replacement set. They were quick to reply and have sent me a new set, plus I still have the old ones! Service indeed and I will be using them again, as should you.

This company sold me poorly designed lights - which only work for 3 days because car headlamps reset the built in timer. I tried to return them but they said they won't accept them because there is nothing wrong with them. On the website it says you can put them anywhere... (they should add as long as there are no cars, streetlamps or neighbours!) Avoid this company and their products. They will take your money and run.

Not often do you get great service these days, especially when prices are good. You normally get what you pay for, but these guys exceed expectations. On top of great products delivered quickly, I've just come off a chat with Elizabeth, to answer some technical questions. She answered within a minute, and helped enormously. Keep up the good work! I made a large purchase so i was naturally dissapointed when a few items stopped working shortly after the warrenty period, but being a few months old i assumed i would have no problem getting a replacment.
But they refused to replace the items, and also utterly ignored there legal requirement in British Law to fix them (The Sale of Goods Act 2015). Its right there in black and white, I'm legally entitled to a replacement or a fix, so I really shouldnt have to argue about it.

Not even awarding a star. I ordered two lights installed them and they did not work. I then recharged them and followed all the instructions (twice) - I even changed their location. I contacted the customer service team on chat - they said I could not get my money back until the product has been tested and ONLY when it has been proven to be faulty I can get it back. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and hostile and was not helpful in any way! I have recommended this provider to multiple people as I liked the look of the lights - wished I had never bothered! I will NOT be a returning customer

Awesome customer service. Had a problem unit, no hassle, replacement the following day. I have bought loads from these people, all products top quality, none of this rubbish you find on Amazon or in your local DIY shops, these work and last. Very well built products. These people are excellent!

Bought Durham, London, Albany garden lights and a vortex shed light.
All amazing quality and as good as mains lights.
They all last the night too which is a big bonus.
I have supplied un-altered un-enhanced photos of before and after lights are on for comparison. (please excuse my lack of rotation with the photos!)
