I came in here looking for an ergo chair for work. The showroom (if you can even call it that) is scattered and stacked with chairs everywhere - which made it impossible to get to a majority of them to try them out. Some of the chairs are used for clients to trial. They are returned dirty with hair and impressions on the seat - but they are still sold at full price. Paul, who I dealt with was strange guy and not a good salesman. He told me he would email me a brochure on the chairs as well as a quote. I never received either.
