Moved into a house 2weeks after this company had serviced the security and it wasn’t even working properly by the time we moved in. Then they have the gall to say that it’s unreasonable to expect things to always last longer than a fortnight after a service. What a joke. So much for ANY sort of customer care.

Rather disappointing experience with Protect West after having a camera system set up to our home recently.
I have lost count on the amount of times I have had to follow up on an unanswered email.
The camera features that were described and subsequently sold to us don’t even exist!? However upon many occasions we were reactively told that the features will be available in an upcoming app update .. 4 months and still waiting for this update …. any day now I am sure!!
Viewing monitor supplied upon installation was of embarrassing quality, it would have undoubtably been the cheapest
