Create and Renovate specialise in high rise and investment properties. We have a team established solely for investment properties that know the scope of works required in these unique circumstances. We have great working relationships with multiple high-rise apartment blocks on the gold coast. We deal with body corporate and management to take hassle out of the renovation.
Nathan and the team are extremely professional. They completed our renovation on budget and to a high standard of quality. I have on problems in recommending them for any job and we will certainly use them again for our next renovation. Keep up the great work, its hard to find a team like yours. The guys were great even helped me design the bathroom as I had no idea. Their attention to detail was great for someone who didn’t know what they were doing. The whole team made me feel confident in the process and a part of the team. I Highly recommend them if you don’t know what you are doing and want an amazing result!

Very good service. Very accommodating in assisting with what you really need. They are reasonable and very professional in the work they do, friendly and helpful with any questions one may have. We had two bathrooms renovated by them and are extremely pleased with the results. My sister and I highly recommend them.

The team at create and renovate were so easy to deal with. They are very thorough through the entire process to job completion. They are wonderful to deal with and the finish project has left us with nothing but a smile on our face. Will definitely be using them again for any future renovations, can’t recommend them highly enough. Won’t find 5 star service and finish like them on the coast. Can’t speak highly enough of them.
