From my first email I had a great experience. The team took my measures and photos. Designed the louvers and provided drawings. Minor hiccup with the freight to Canberra being horribly expense. So road trip to them to pickup. The team had done a wonderful job of bubble wrapping. They even provided all the screws and bolts required to install. The team was even kind enough to help load them into my roof racks. I installed two louvers with my wife. Took us a couple of hours going slow and carefully. Thanks again for the great product and excellent customer service.

DIY did our apartment block. They removed all the old timber fencing and gates and screening. They replaced with all nice new aluminium. Staff were really friendly and efficient and job went really smoothly. We had a lot of tradespeople come through and they were the cleanest. Would recommend them. Rowena @ cronulla

Initial contact was very helpful, from then on it went down hill, made lots of promises but didn't deliver on them (I will drill the holes etc.). Then after taking delivery, discovered that majority of parts were missing so had to go back to pick them up and nobody wanted to know me and kept fobbing me off. I would not recommend if you are looking for service.!!
