Our clients brief was to source a diamond in the rough apartment that would increase substantially in value after our Architectural intervention. After locating a neglected apartment that met the clients base requirements, we opened walls and fully renovated every fitting fixture and surface to create an apartment that increased in financial value by 40 % in one year.
The Hangar House Hotel is an outstanding, unique leisure and commercial facility designed to accommodate pilots and guests in a hip five-star hotel, with housing and maintenance facilities for private aircraft. The forward-thinking owners of this property had a desire to live, work, entertain guests and commercially manage an all-in-one five-star accommodation and private aviation facility.
The vision for this stunning site was to create a venue for corporate retreats by reusing the structural bones of a rundown fibro house on a spectacular beach-side site in Port Douglas. The result was a site-responsive open and relaxed design featuring a focal point pool that is central to the living space and five surrounding master bedrooms.
State Heritage listed Anambah House is a beautiful Victorian Graziers Mansion set on a 69 acre Estate, including horse stables and numerous farm buildings. The brief for this property was to restore the beautiful classical building and find use for the rundown outbuildings and estate. After liaising with Council and consultants we prepared a Master-plan based upon the golden section that defined the heritage-rich estate.
