The Heat Shop has two branches, in Geelong and Yarraville, and a sister store on the Sunshine Coast, called The Cool Shop. Our oldest store in Geelong opened in 1996, our Yarraville store opened in 2008 and The Cool Shop started in 2012. We had 5 Daikin split system air-conditioners installed over 2 days into a 120yo converted warehouse building.
The team of 4 did a great job in a calm, purposeful manner as they worked through the site challenges. It was a pleasure to see them work independently when necessary, and to back each other up with good teamwork. Gavin led the team admirably, knowing what was happening in all areas simultaneously and keeping us up to date with progress.

I made one phone call and the next day they had a staff member at my house quoting the project (split system air-con) before I even had to leave for work. The quote was provided, accepted and the installation booking made on that same afternoon. The installation was completed on the agreed day and the installers were friendly & professional. I even asked them if they could get our old gas ducted system to switch onto fan only (to circulate cold air) & they ran new wires to suit for an extremely reasonable price.
All in all couldn't be happier & would highly recommend them
