The second time I tried to use these guys they dropped the ball - the receptionist was rude, the quote didn’t get sent, then they wouldn’t quote, etc. I ended up using a different company.
These guys are great, they are great on the phone, great during the quote (spent a lot of time investigating all possibilities to ensure the best outcome), and then the install of storm water was done professionally and politely. Absolutely faultless.

The job was done but then I was asked the full price. The guy said to just pay first then fix it with the office. For some reason at this point the guy also promised to do extra work for me free of charge if I call him in. I agreed to pay the full price.

I have used KOZ for the last 5 years or so. Hot water system replacement, tap replacement and 3 toilet replacements. Always on time or if not you get a call, and definitely to standard, I had the Brisbane City Council audit my Hot water system, and it exceeded the standards. Good local company and I recommend it, they don’t price gouge either even at the moment.

The staff were friendly and helpful when I rang and they organised a plumber to attend my home and look at the blocked drain. They quoted me an amount for an the work. The plumber arrived on time and he not only unblocked the drain but cleaned up as well. He was kind, professional and in fact charged less than the quoted amount. I would recommend this company unreservedly.
