We recently had our security system upgraded and cctv put in . We have been very happy with the service provided by Glenn and his team. Glenn came in to do a site visit and advise us on our requirements. He then sent in a detailed system quote that very evening and once we had gone back and forth working through the final design , he was very prompt in getting us scheduled in for installation the next week inspite of it being close to Christmas. From my initial discussion with Glenn through to the installation of my alarm system, the process was seamless. Glenn was very knowledgeable about the various products and took the time to find out what I needed and then recommended the most suitable system. Scheduling the installation was quick and easy, and on installation day the guys were punctual, polite and professional.
Unfortunately I did have a few minor issues post installation but Nicky was extremely helpful and patient with me. Everyone at Security Perth was focused on making sure that as the customer I was 100% happy - and I am.
