Would only give 1 out of 5. Firstly, unsure if doing digital software quotes over phone is best as ended up putting solar panels on wrong side of roof and technician didn't pick it up when doing work in first place. When informed about stuff up, they said it was our fault - like we are the professionals!! Were quoted for a large size 6.6kw but when went to start organising, found there would be extra costs to getting this size which you think they would know at time of quote so went down to 4.9kw. Took from end of October 2018 to march 2019 for job to be completed properly. Took forever to get

Family got this company to install our solar a couple years back, to only find out now they did a botched job and a faulty installation causing the solar to leak! Now the company refuses to fix it as compliance change or something and are saying we have to pay for it to be fixed! Ridiculous service and will NEVER reccomend or deal with this company again

The best investment I ever done. First time in my life I get a credit on my account instead of having to pay for the usage. Customer service was great and very informative when asked questions. Thanks solar power!

The inverter had broken down multiple times (three times to be exact), and each time when I tried to call them I was put through to an answering machine. Even after multiple messages they did not return my calls. It was only when I threatened to contact the Department of fair trading did they contact me. When the inverter broke down for the third time, I demanded a full refund, citing the Australian Consumer law, and that they had sold me a faulty product and had I known this from the outset, I would not have purchased
