Our solar invert broken, we were search for, and recommended by a Lara resident, he said city to surf solar did very good job for them. So they were right. Matthew come to install new solar inverter for us. To my surprise his job so clean, tidy and beautiful. And very grateful we have him to do the job… he also follows the government and his own company COVID rules. We also very happy with. We are happy to recommend to anyone wanted to do solar job…

Honest and approahcable with regards to questions about solar and solar installation. Installed and initiated the system without issue. Left a clean worksite upon completion. Clear outline of how work was going to progress and followed up after the system was passed by inspectors and the energy provider.
There are many installers in the market place - found a lot of questionable ones and a few good ones - CTS was professional, competitively priced, and open in discussion.

So glad we picked City to Surf Solar for our domestic solar system. They were very professional and efficient and communicated each step very well. The installation team turned up on time and were a lovely bunch of guys, very respectful and personable. The team in the office smoothed all the paperwork out so for us it was a stress-less and seamless installation. Very happy to recommend them.

Heard about terrible service and install experiences from other local solar companies but happy to say that this couldn't have been any further from the reality with City to Surf Solar. The communication from the first call was outstanding - clear and timely. All our questions were always answered in advance and the process from start to finish was completed without a hitch. We just had City to Surf install our solar panels. We found them to be very helpful during the sales process and provided good advice in working our way through the Government rebate schemes.
The team of installers turned up on time were very helpful and friendly and got a huge job down like a well practised team that knew what they were doing.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Being one of Pritchett Electrical original solar customers we contacted them when we noted a fault with our solar system. Sadly we have had very disappointing customer service from them. Have made 3 phone calls over 3 weeks and each time the person answering the phone said they would pass the message on to the Operations Manager. No return phone… calls. As we are losing money by not having an operating solar system we now have gone elsewhere for the service. Previously we have made recommendations for the company to friends considering solar. After this experience with poor customer service
