When we purchased our block of land it was due to an Advertisement in the Local Press as a House & Land package. A meeting was arranged by the Agents, with the Builders, Joe & Rob Monteleone and we rather pleased that they had a Family connection in Kyabram that Robin & I both knew.
We were welcomed into their Office in Shepparton and immediately felt at ease as they began explaining what the standard specifications of the home they intended building on the block.Discussions progressed over the next couple of months, as we requested some minor alterations, and within 2/3 months we had our plans in motion with all the small matters finally sorted.
Rob and Joe had proved most obliging and very helpful with all our concerns/queries. To Rob, Joe and his wife Dora we say a job very well done. We would have no hesitation in recommending them, as we have already done, with one new client to build for. We are thrilled with our new home, and its appearance and convenience.

Building your own home can be exciting and stressful as well. The friendly team at Monteleone homes make it feel like a breeze. From agreeing to custom plans, offering help with colour selection or giving advice whenever we need, they have been simply fantastic. They are choosy with their tradies but that means we get the best job done. Most of all, when we had a family emergency and needed to travel overseas, their site engineer came to the spot and gave reassurance that everything will be taken care of, so we could travel with less stress.
