Amazing customer service and product knowledge. I have been messed around for months by tempo (NEVER PURCHASE AN ALDI STIRLING SYSTEM) . Brad and his amazing staff from just chill have done nothing but provide… the best out come for me . I have been so upset and stressed and my poor little girl so hot in heat wave .. I have Mitsubishi electric split system which makes a motor wacky sound intermittently when on cooling , I lodged it with Mitsubishi and they sent these guy from… this company as their agent who had no clue what he was doing..
I told them that the aircon works fine i just need to turn it off while or se or sometime for an hour if the sounds starts coming.
He just came looked at the machine without opening nd asked me to turn off and on went out took the serial no and said he does not find the problem and said if it happens again then i should

Just had Jamon come and service an old unit, he was efficient, knowledgeable, helping me, who 6 1/2 months had no idea of how to use the zones. He fixed an issue and can't wait to for summer, now. Thanks so much

Just had Just Chill AC out to replace my Airtouch 4 under warranty, amazing service. Jaymin ( hope spelling is correct) was brilliant very knowledgeable, also answered a lot of questions which were incorrectly answered by my original installer ( F&D).... Perfect service.
