I was very happy with Captain Cook's electrical work at my townhouse. I've been meaning to get some of this work done for years: James from Captain Cook replaced all my old halogen downlights with the more modern LED variety, replaced an old smoke alarm, installed a new surge protector in the switchboard to protect all the appliances in the house, and replaced the last of the plain circuit breakers in the switchboard with a new safety switch. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Captain Cook Electrical.

Fantastic service from Captain Cook! They were fast and responsive. Rob and Ethan were very professional and courteous and did a terrific job installing our CAT6A cabling. They explained the process from start to finish and executed it just as outlined. The site was cleaned up so well we wouldn't have even known they were there! I would happily recommend them and will be using them again next time we need some electrical work done. Thanks again guys!!!

Unfortunately, as we all know most tradesmen are extremely unreliable and often just never turn up at all… so you wait a day , sometimes a week or more and then eventually you start all over again, with a lot of time wasted.
This was the first time for me using Captain Cook Electrical.
My initial contact was with Blake on the phone, he was very polite and friendly… I told him of my requirements … I felt confident, so I made an appointment for a quote.
I was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call from James … (my allocated electrician), advising me of his intended visit and arrival

I found that Captain Cook Electronics was an outstanding service provider. The technician was punctual on both occasions, willing to discuss needs of client and suggest solutions when problems arose. He was very hard working, cleaned up after all work and made suggestions for next visit. He was very professional, skilled and engaging. I highly recommend both the company and Jack Montgomery the tradesman.
