Here at North East Security Alarms we take every step to ensure that you are trained in the operation of your new alarm system upon installation. However, it may have been some time since the installation of your system, so for your convenience we have included these step-by-step guides here as well as the operator's manuals.
Any Alarm Condition from your security system is transmitted via your phone line/3G unit/NBN directly to the Control Room. The nominated contact person or security patrol service is then immediately notified to allow for swift and immediate response. North East Security Alarms is able to monitor an endless variety of alarm types and events and provide a response plan to suit your application.

The team at Northeast Security Solutions has been my home alarm system monitor for years. When I contacted them with an issue with my alarm panel, they sent out a technician to help address the issue. The technician resolved the issue quickly. However, given the age of my system, they helped me upgrade my system that uses cellular technology. The upgrade was done quickly and the technician trained me on the use of the new system. The project manager was a pleasure to work with. Well done Northeast Security!

We had several meetings to ensure we had everything covered NSS was always accommodating and worked around our needs. Their employees were all professional and pleasant to work with. They spent several days at our site and always made sure the work area was clean before leaving for the day. I would highly recommend NSS.

The crew at Northeast Security has been very helpful and accommodating with the old security and fire alarm system at my property when most other companies were more interested in selling me a new system. Recently they worked through an issue we were having with the phone line by adding a cell phone dialer and now we are back to optimal function and safety. Their crew was professional and courteous and arrived when they said they would. Nice to see customer service isn't dead yet.
