We pride ourselves on great workmanship and quality, if you're not happy with the job we will do our up most to rectify the problem. We guarantee all work for 90 days from installation, but sometimes there is building movement that we can not predict, we will assess the movement and if minimal we will cover adjustment of the locks.

There is building movement and the latch/bolt does not line up with the strike in the frame, to fix this you will need to adjust the strike on the frame. The hinges are worn or loose causing the door to drop and not line up with the strike, to fix you will need to replace or tighten the hinges. There is an object in the frame causing the door not to close fully, remove object.
