I was helping my mother in law make a new recliner purchase as she had previously been overwhelmed at another store that tried to pressure sell her. At House of Recliners she was able to take her time and get great advice to find her perfect recliner and matching sofa. Any-one can sell a chair.
It's how they stand by their product after the sale that defines a company.
House of recliners have amazing after sales service.
I purchased a chair of them with a 10 year warranty.
After 8 years i had a mechanical problem with it.
I rang the store and informed them.
They arranged to have it picked up mended and returned
promptly politely and with no fuss.
I would recommend this company to any-one!
