It's not often we need to repair our own solar pool heating systems but often we are called upon to repair other systems. If you are experiencing issues with your system, feel free to give us a call and we can do some preliminary troubleshooting with you over the phone, and in most instances establish the actual issue.
The regular maintenance and service of your solar pool heating system is an important investment in your system. You will minimise the chance of your system failing and you will extend the overall life of the system. We received fantastic service from Austral Solar when replacing our solar heating for our pool. They were the only place that recommended we move the tubing as you could see on google maps it was shaded by a tree next door. No one else suggested this. We were sold. The team were very friendly and got it installed for us ASAP even with the post covid rush. Thank you very much Austral Solar. We are very happy and have already used our pool more than we did all last year! Fantastic.

I had Austral Solar install my pool heating around a year ago and the experience was fantastic. The quote was quick and decently priced, the install was quick and hassle free, and the product performed very well. When I needed a service call for a thermostat issue, Austral came and resolved it quickly. Overall I am a very happy customer and would recommend Austral Solar.
