I contacted DKS (DOORKING) about a problem with my Security Gate key pad system. I could not operate the Gate by telephone - merely got a loud hum like sound. The telephone company could not solve the problem after more than one hour of trying. DKS REFUSED to help because I am a homeowner - not a contractor. Other security sources were not helpful.
I called Advent Security and left a message about the problem. My call was promptly returned by John, who solved the problem immediately. He told me which internal wire to check and he was right. Problem solved, no charge. He could not have been nicer
