We had two solar electrical systems fitted on two houses we have in Albany, one in Yakamia and one in Cuthbert by Albany Solar. We have always been very happy with the system and it has worked well. After several years a small problem arose. Neil Howitt immediately organised and fixed the problem without any fuss. All the team at Albany Solar including staff at their shop to the installation team were amazing. Professional service from start to finish, staff explained solar energy to a novice with great detail and honesty. The crew who did the install were also very professional and I believe went above and beyond which added to the experience of going solar.

We've had our third system installed by Albany Solar, two with battery storage. We keep coming back to Neil, Justine and their team because they are the best. Their advice is sound, they use quality products, their customer support is excellent and they work hard to overcome problems. We've also had three heat pump HWS units installed and general electrical work done. We couldn't be happier with the quality of their work.

Justine and Howard spent a lot of time going over which system would be best, return on investment time, and importantly pros and cons. The level of detail was there and if I was unsure they would take the time to explain in greater detail. As solar is a expensive investment this consideration allowed me to better understand if this investment was a good investment. The fact that both Justine and Howard took the time to discuss alternatives was of significant importance. Whilst there was a professionalism associated with sales we did not feel pushed to purchase from them. Importantly they did not
