We had two roller shutters installed, the entire process from quote to installation was fantastic. Price was very competitive. Communication was great. The installers arrived on time and were very courteous, workmanship was exceptional and they cleaned up on completion. I would highly recommend Werribee Blinds.

This is the second time we have used Werribee Blinds, the first time was 14 years ago. We used them again as we were impressed the first time and they did not disappoint the second time either. We are so happy with the level of service provided, the competitive price and the after care service, not to mention that our blinds and curtains look awesome! We look forward to the next time we need to get blinds installed. We will no doubt be using Werribee Blinds again.

I chose the them because I though it would be nice to support a local business instead of going to the big players. The price was reasonable and I went with it. It took me two months to get the blinds up. Very poor costumer service, I had to call them so many times to chase and they always would say I’ll call you back and never did... the installers had to come three times until they could get the job done, first attempt wrong measurements for the main sliding doors, second one they forgot one of the blinds and third one they did it. The quality is good and they really look good, I wouldn’t

I rang to ask about getting my screen door fixed as it had come off two of the hinges. The woman on the phone said “don’t you have a husband or partner who can help you?” Her tone was extremely rude! First of all you are presuming I’m straight, maybe I am maybe I’m not. Secondly I didn’t ask for your opinion, I asked if someone could fix it as I bought the door from you! Instead I spent $20 at Bunnings on a pop rivet gun and fixed it myself. I was a potential returning customer, now I’m not! Word of mouth travels and reviews get read! Learn some basic manners and customer service
