We entrusted the renovation of our hundred year old Queenslander to Lifestyle Homes and Renovations and they didn't fail to deliver. Our home was raised, extended and almost completely rebuilt inside and out. Josh and his team completed the job on time, on budget and with workmanship of an exceptional standard. I can't recommend LHR more highly for the care and professional approach they took in restoring our old girl. Thankyou Josh.

Josh and his team just completed a studio apartment/granny flat at our home. I cannot recommend Josh and LHR more. Josh is an excellent communicator to his clients and a very organised manager of his team of contractors. Josh helped me with design suggestions, kept me up to date on progress and schedule of works, was easily available for… questions, contractors were always on time, the job completed on budget and delivered to a high standard of finish. The contractors were all professional, polite, prompt and cleaned at the end of each day. Not one wasted day.

Josh did an incredible job on our recent renovation in Sandgate. His communication was outstanding on a daily basis, always available and happy to answer questions and discuss design changes. He is so warm and friendly and so easy to work with. He is understanding, flexible and works with integrity and to the highest standard. And to top it off it was on time and in budget. LHR even completed ahead of schedule which is unheard. I highly recommended Josh + LHR & team of contractors.

Josh and his team built our fantastic extension in Sandgate and I don’t hesitate to recommend him.
From quoting all the way through to completion, Josh focused on the details and kept up communication so we always knew what was happening and had plenty of chance to provide input into decisions. His building team, led by Terry, were a pleasure to have around.

We took 11 years to finally decide to build our renovation and we are so happy that we chose Josh and his team for the build. From our initial chat with Josh we both felt really confident that he understood what we were looking for and could do it all, on time and in budget. We're thrilled with the end result, have great new spaces for the kids and just really want to thank Josh, Terry, Chris and Jake for all of their hard work - the dogs really miss you all as well ;-)

Lifestyle Homes had done some work on our house before we moved in. Recently we needed to do some flooring and wardrobe construction and maintenance. The workmanship was very high quality, the team were efficient, punctual and responsive to our changing requests, and the price was very reasonable. Thanks to Josh and his team at Lifestyle homes. We recently had Josh add 3 additional rooms plus a fly over patio to our home, where old seamlessly flows into new. Josh was very helpful from the get go, giving us plenty of advise before we had selected him for the job. Then once we started Josh was very reliable and very easy to deal with, communicating with us the whole way through. The job was delivered quickly and we are very happy with the final result. Would not hesitate to use Josh again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality builder.

Josh has recently completed major renovations to our beautiful old federation home in Sandgate, helping us integrate the old with the new seamlessly.
