Mark G Golden & Associates can assist those who are contemplating any type of building project, however big or small, and want to know more about the right people to work with them on their building project. We are architects based in Wagga Wagga and have worked on a wide range of building projects in the local region and around South West NSW for well over 25 years.

We have extensive experience with the design, construction and project management of private homes, schools, colleges, nursing homes, residential aged care homes, offices, shops and industrial buildings. We have also designed for heritage sites and historically sensitive projects.
Services
We use the world's leading 3D building information modeling software to 'construct' a virtual 3D model of your project. By using this software to model your building, and by utilizing a free viewing application for your smart phone, tablet or desktop - BIMx, you can navigate through and explore your virtual building in an interactive way at your own pace and convenience.
I grew up in a beachside suburb of Sydney. While studying for a Bachelor of Architecture Degree at University of NSW, I worked for several prominent Sydney-based architectural firms during the 1970's and early 1980's. During these early student years I worked on some iconic structures and buildings including Centrepoint Tower and Centrepoint Shopping Centre in Pitt Street.
Like any major investment, what you want from your investment in a building project is value, and the knowledge that the value of your investment in good design - grows and continues to grow. Designing and building a home, office or investment property is an extraordinarily complex undertaking. If you are new to the design and planning of a building project, the process can seem overwhelming.
The challenge for this project was to add some treatment to an unadorned, two-dimensional faade and to integrate some privacy and sun protection to the existing windows. The residence did not have a 'sense of arrival' for visitors nor did it have access from the street below. The building had only recently been.
A 1970's, two-storey brick veneer residence was transformed into a contemporary home following new finishes, extensive re-planning and some functional additions. A new master bedroom and ensuite were added and the kitchen and living spaces joined into an open-plan layout. Vistas of Lake Albert were enhanced and outdoor living spaces were created.
