I had my carpet cleaning done by Graham today, he missed to clean the carpet in 2 bedroom wardrobe area, when I called to let them know, instead of apologising he started telling me "what I want him to do come back and do that sports he missed"( well what elseyou gonna do?),he also started telling me carpet was dirty ( well that's why you were there to clean and thats why I was paying you $165 to clean it), he was angry and rude over the phone not listening and arguing, finally I asked him if he could just lover the price as Im Not paying 100% coz ther wasn't 100% job done. He gave $10 discount

This company was professional honest and fast. I wish I had gotten photos but my carpet was really dirty as we are in a development area so lots of dirt and mud coming into the house. I have a dog that comes in and out of the house too so you can imagine how dirty it really was. Graham was honest with me telling me how it might not all come up. Well it did :) my carpets are looking great. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Be wary. Overcharged for cleaning that wasn’t done & for ‘cleaning’ items that were recently replaced (fans, blinds, linoleum) & therefore not dirty. Skipped cleaning windows which was the main item I wanted done citing that they were ‘installed backwards’ - no they were old fashioned two-screw blinds that simply needed to be unscrewed. Promised PC upon their arrival but never received & ended up with 5 hr bill for cleaning that would’ve taken me less than 2 hrs. Super disappointed.

I was in trouble after a dodgy cleaning company 'cleaned' my carpet. I called him at 8 pm desperate and he fit our house in the next morning. The carpet looks sooo much better. Got all the pet mess out too, we have 4 ferrets who would do naughty toilet time. I'd clean it myself but obviously didn't work well. I'll be hiring him again.

He was prompt and arrived on time, professional and didn’t an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. His prices are fantastic and I’m getting him back to clean my tiles and grout next week. My real estate company suggested me to use Adelaide Dynamic Cleaning services for full end of lease clean including carpet steam cleaning at my house. These guys are very professional, reliable and the price was right according to the condition of my house. They did a very good job and the property manager was very happy with the cleaning so I got my bond money back in full. i would strongly recommend to all who need the best service.
